1. General Provisions

Welcome to SmartDeviceLife. By engaging with our offerings, you agree to these Terms.

2. Service Offerings

SmartDeviceLife provides consultation, installation, and maintenance of AI devices under the Second Brand program. Services include on-site setup, remote guidance, and periodic system checks.

Scheduling: Upon confirmation, service slots are reserved.

Rescheduling and Cancellation: You may reschedule free of charge up to 48 hours before the appointment. Cancellations made at least 24 hours prior are eligible for a full reimbursement. Cancellations within 24 hours incur a 50% service fee credit. Custom commissioning services are non-refundable due to tailored resource allocation and third-party licensing.

3. Digital Content

SmartDeviceLife offers infoproducts such as e-manuals, tutorials, and video courses. Access is granted immediately upon purchase.

Reimbursement Window: Requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase. Eligibility requires no more than 20% of content accessed. Approved reimbursements will be processed to the original payment method.

4. Physical Products

Our catalog includes AI devices and accessories. Products must be sent back in original packaging with all components.

Shipping Back Period: Items may be shipped back within 30 days of delivery. Shipping back is the buyer's responsibility.

Upon receipt and inspection, reimbursements will be issued within 7 business days via the original payment channel or as store credit.

5. Payment Terms

All fees are due at the time of purchase. We accept major card networks and direct bank transfer. Prices include applicable duties and local taxes.

6. Refund and Reimbursement Policy

6.1 Services

Eligible cancellations (as per Section 2) qualify for reimbursements. Approved amounts are credited back to the original card or bank account within 14 days.

6.2 Digital Content

Requests within 14 days and under 20% access receive full reimbursement. Processed within 7 days of approval.

6.3 Physical Products

Valid shipments back (as per Section 4) are reimbursed within 7 business days of inspection. Option for store credit is available on request.

6.4 Non-Refundable Items

Custom AI model development and third-party licensed integrations are final sales due to resource dedication and licensing constraints.
